​​​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Step 1: Please create a user account on the website
Step 2: Browse through our shop and find the product (s) you'd like to purchase
Step 3: Add the product (s) to your shopping cart
Step 4: Check your shopping cart out and pay via UPI, Paytm or Bank Transfer. Please note Cash On Delivery option is not available

Your order will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment

Step 5: We will get back to you on your registered phone number and finalise the order details (colour preferences etc.) including date of dispatch since our products are customised and made against specific order. We do not maintain any inventory

 

How do I pay for my purchases?

 

We accept payment via Paytm, UPI and Bank Transfer. Cash on Delivery is not available.

 

How do you ship and where all do you ship?

  • Shipping is free

  • We use recognised postal and courier service providers to ship your order

  • Currently, we only ship within India

What is your Replacement Policy?

In the unlikely event that the merchandise reaches you in a damaged state, we will be happy to replace the same with an identical fresh piece.

To enable this:

  1. Ensure the item is not used and the Knotty ’n’ Krafty Studio tag is intact

  2. Please provide us a picture of the damaged item by e-mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of its receipt

  3. Upon confirmation by us, return the item within 3 days while ensuring the item is addressed and packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit

  4. Upon receiving your item, we will send you a like for like item in exchange within 15 days (this duration will depend upon availability of a like for like item)
