SHIPPING: We use INDIA POST. Transit time can be 8-10 business days

In the unlikely event that the merchandise reaches you in a damaged state, we will be happy to replace the same with an identical fresh piece.

To enable this:

• Ensure the item is not used and the Knotty ’n’ Krafty Studio tag is intact
• Please provide us a picture of the damaged item by e-mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of its receipt
• Upon confirmation by us, return the item within 3 days while ensuring the item is addressed and packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
• Upon receiving your item, we will send you a like for like item in exchange within 15 days (this duration will depend upon availability of a like for like item)

It can take 10-15 days to prepare your order. We will give you a time estimate at the time of placing your order.

Of course, we always try and finish your order at the earliest and ship it to you.
